Unlocking Brilliance: A Journey to Time Mastery as a Woman and an Entrepreneur

Hello, fellow female trailblazers! If you are a woman and a small business owner or entrepreneur, you’re in the right place!

Do you find yourself trapped in the whirlwind that is running your own small business? Does it feel like time is always one step ahead? And what about that elusive work-life balance you’ve heard about? If this resonates with you, know that you're not alone. Countless women entrepreneurs, including me, face these challenges every day.

What if I told you there's a way to conquer these hurdles? What if the key to achieving business brilliance is within your grasp?

Let me introduce you to the sBs Blueprint for Business Brilliance™! This life-changing coaching program is designed specifically for women entrepreneurs. The tools, exercises, and information it contains has helped me navigate the intricate maze of entrepreneurship, balancing various roles while striving to maintain harmony in my life as a woman (an individual, mother, daughter, sister, wife… all of it) and find enormous success on all levels. I’m very proud of that and now I teach others, like you, and enjoy watching you soar to new heights.

At the heart of this program is the Blueprint for Time Mastery™. This is where I learned to maximize every minute. It's where I transformed challenges into opportunities and aspirations into accomplishments. It's where my journey towards 'making it happen' began.

Curious how it works?

The Blueprint for Time Mastery™ delves into practical strategies and techniques that helped me regain control over my time and boost productivity. I learned about goal setting and effective time blocking. But the game changer was the intentional practices.

The Power of Intentional Practices

Intentional practices are deliberate actions that align with your goals and values. They can be as simple as setting aside quiet time each morning to plan your day or as complex as devising a comprehensive strategy for your next product launch. The key is to act with purpose and awareness and within your own comfort zone so it becomes an easy sustainable practice.

For example, I started with an intentional morning routine. Instead of checking emails / texts / social media first thing, I focus on my most valuable task for the day, which is to make a list of the most important thing(s) I need to accomplish that day. (This is after my first cup of coffee of course!!). No internet or communications for me until after I wake up fully and get my mind right - first thing. This simple but intentional shift made a huge difference in my productivity and ultimately in my life.

Different Types of Intentional Practices and Their Benefits

There are numerous types of intentional practices, each with its own benefits. Here are a few that worked for me:

  • Goal Setting: This helped me clarify my vision and set a clear direction for my business.

  • Time Blocking: By scheduling specific time slots for different tasks, I was able to stay focused and accomplish more.

  • Reflective Practices: Regular reflection on my accomplishments and challenges helped me learn and improve.

The sBs Blueprint is not a one-size-fits-all program. Every aspect of it is tailor-made to address your specific challenges, making it an incredibly effective tool in your entrepreneurial journey.

Let's talk about Beth, a fellow small business owner. Like me, she was constantly overwhelmed by her workload. After joining the sBs Blueprint for Business Brilliance™ coaching program, she streamlined her processes, reduced stress, and significantly improved her work-life balance. Today, Beth successfully runs her business without compromising on her personal time. Her success is growing in a way that is meaningful to her and her family. Profitably, sustainably, joyfully. She’s ecstatic!
